Interwar and post-war cottages on flat lakeside blocks - some of the Coast's best addition candidates.
Long Jetty's cottages are small but well built and sit on flat, walkable blocks. Adding a storey usually preserves the yard and picks up lake glimpses, which is why so much of our second storey work happens here.
The streetscape has a character worth protecting. We keep eaves, roof pitch and window proportion consistent with the original cottage so the result reads as a home that grew, not one that was bolted onto.

- Sheltered lakeside conditions with moderate salt influence and high summer humidity.
